We currently have an opportunity for a Business and Reporting Analyst to join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions and operational excellence. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Analyse business processes and performance data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, enabling informed and confident decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or reporting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
