THE ROLE:
We're seeking a motivated and personable Sales and Office Administrator to step into the role of a valued team member who will be pursuing a trade in 2026. Reporting straight to the directors, you'll be the first point of contact for retail customers looking to equip their vehicles with the best Australian-made interior enhancements on the market. You'll work closely with vehicle owners, wholesalers, our in-house manufacturing team and installers, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations by combining strong sales support with efficient administrative coordination.

DOTI Automotive is a small business with three brands; Car Consoles, Loaded Drawers and Ergodrive. We specialise in the design and construction of high-quality consoles and other interior enhancements for the 4WD and touring industry. Since our establishment in 1975, we have embodied the spirit of Australian manufacturing, having stayed 100% Australian-made and 100% Australian-owned for 50 years. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage enquiries
- Process orders, quotes and invoices
- Provide administrative support and maintain organised office operations
- Assist with stock control and sales reporting
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, by email and online
- Uphold our high standards of pre and post-sale support
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Directors to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- A customer-focused person who enjoys providing outstanding service

- An enthusiast for 4WDs, off-road vehicles and adventure
- Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Flexible start date available, November to January commencement
- Full-time position
- 40 hour week (8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday) with overtime available during busy periods
