**About the Role**
- Develop, review, and coordinate project plans to meet objectives within budget and timeframe.
- Lead, supervise, and liaise with project teams, including Project Managers, Engineering Professionals, and contractors to ensure successful delivery.
- Document key meetings, actions, and contract variations, maintaining clear, effective communication among stakeholders.
- Analyse, solve, and report on project-related issues, managing project variations proactively.
- Implement strategic decisions, provide advisory input to senior management, and execute their directives.
- Act as the main point of contact for different working groups involved in projects, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues regarding contracts and project services.
- Prepare, review, and draft reports associated with project progress, outcomes, and Sydtel Communications' project engagements.
- Collect, evaluate, and report on project data to ensure objectives and quality standards are met.
- Manage resources, equipment, and project-related documentation, ensuring availability and compliance for project requirements.
- Follow formal escalation and review processes to address project challenges, including overseeing contractor activities and reporting on deviations from work orders.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, Occupational Health & Safety standards, and coordinate the setup of new office accommodations for project operations to continually improve project outcomes.
This role is full time with 38 hours of work per week. This position is based in Sydney, NSW.
**About You**
The minimum requirements for the position are:
AQF Associate Degree or higher in the field of Administration or Business, or overseas equivalent
At least three years of relevant experience as a Project Administrator in the construction industry

**About the Pay**
The salary for this position is AUD 110,000 - AUD 125,000 + per annum plus superannuation.
