We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accountant who's an expert in Xero and confident managing multiple companies. You'll also take charge of office management, ensuring smooth operations and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage multiple entities in Xero (accounts, payroll, BAS, reporting).
  • Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Create and improve office processes for a well-organised, efficient workspace.
  • Support directors with financial reporting and administration.
About You
  • 5+ years' bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Advanced Xero skills (certified preferred).
  • Xero Advisor certification is required for this position.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, BAS, GST, and payroll.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a structured environment.
  • Must work in person — this is not a remote or hybrid role.
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position.
