As an **Operations Support Officer** at Disability Services Australia (DSA) you will join a supportive and impactful team. **Permanent full-time position 2 days per week**. The 2 days worked is flexible. Based in Kingsgrove with the option of flexible arrangements.

**Your new role**:

- Conduct Internal audits on participant files against the NDIS Practice standards.
- Support the Business Manager with key business projects including planning and implementation of the new wage structure for supported employees.
- Support the manager with uploading notifications for Reportable incidents (to PRODA) as well as any commission requests for further information in relation to participant incidents.
- Troubleshooting funding and claiming related issues. This may include gaps between plans or insufficient funds requiring you to liaise with Local Area Coordinators, Plan Managers or other stakeholders.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience conducting Internal Audits is desirable.
- Experience uploading reportable incident notifications and requests for further information via PRODA desirable.
- Experience in Disability Sector.
- Passion for the sector and can relate to our mission and values.
- Good knowledge of NDIS practice standards.
