Position Summary:

The Senior Coordinator, Corporate Events plays a critical role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, internal meetings, client receptions, and brand activations. This position works closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality, on-brand event experiences that align with organizational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Manager, Corporate Events with the coordination of end-to-end logistics for events and project plan implementation
  • Update and maintain accurate and up to date records and files associated with assigned event
  • Collaborate with vendors and event stakeholders to configure event platforms that support the goals and objectives of the event
  • Provide back-end and event logistics support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual events including basic audio/visual setup
  • Manage audience engagement tools including polls and Q&A during virtual events
  • Collaborate with Manager, Corporate Events and event stakeholders to create and implement a data collection and post-event survey analysis plan including generating reports
  • Suggest and implement process improvements and alternative solutions
  • Partner with marketing teams on event branding, signage, invitations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage event communications, RSVPs, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Serve as liaison between departments to gather content, align messaging, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Occasional travel required to support on-site execution of events.
  • Support Analyst, Corporate Events as needed
  • Provide administrative and operational support including answering emails and phone calls, tracking invoices and expenses, etc.
  • Expected travel 15%

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years of in-person events equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting managers of a fast-paced company
  • Ability to accurately evaluate your own project completion time
  • Experience managing relationships, scheduling and material creation for various types of meetings
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and at times juggle with multiple projects
  • Proven success in organizing complex, high-impact corporate events.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed expectations
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus
  • Well-presented & articulate
  • Proactive approach and "can-do" attitude
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and managing data within corporate technical tools such as calendars and internal databases
  • Exceptional phone, writing skills for correspondence, memos and emails
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$ $31.72

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
