- Attend client meetings, site inspections, and select events as required
- Follow up post-event to gather client feedback and foster repeat business opportunities
- Maintain accurate event records and data entry within Momentus
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, venue staff, and suppliers to ensure event success
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks to support smooth department function
About You
- Prior experience in event sales and coordination with a focus on sales in a hospitality or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Experience using event systems like Momentus or Priava (highly regarded)
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
Why Join The Fresh Collective?
- Work across prestigious venues and diverse event types
- Join a team that values excellence, creativity, and collaboration
- Be recognised for your contributions and supported in your growth
- Gain exposure to high-profile cultural and corporate clients
