Witchmount Estate is looking for a SUPERSTAR Sales Professional

The Event Sales Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining and optimising the sales department and facilitating the planning and execution of event-driven marketing initiatives.

This role involves overseeing sales inquiries for the venue, ensuring that all standards are met, and providing potential clients with accurate, accountable information. It includes sales presentations, event planning support, relationship management, and reporting, all while contributing to a positive client experience and meeting business targets.

What you'll LOVE doing:

  • Guide couples through our stunning venues helping them create a vision of how we can bring their wedding plans to life at Witchmount Estate Winery.
  • Take potential clients on a tour, understanding what their needs are for their social event and recommending the right room, inclusions to help celebrate their milestone.
  • Show corporate clients how our venue transforms into the perfect space for team training days and client meetings.
  • Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour to ensure clients feel heard and respected at all times.
  • Generate leads and secure bookings in our breathtaking vineyard setting.
  • Create tailored proposals with urgency that wow our clients.
  • Smash sales targets while working with an awesome team.
  • Be part of magical moments from first inquiry to celebration day

What we need:


• 2+ years sales/event experience


• Amazing people skills & communication


• CRM savvy & detail-oriented multitasker


• Ability to work weekends and some evenings (it's hospitality - when the magic happens)


• Bonus points for hospitality/wedding industry experience
