Join Our Team as a Special Events Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's health? We are now recruiting for a full-time, fixed-term (14-month) Special Events Coordinator, to take responsibility for planning, executing, and evaluating the RCH Foundation's Fundraising Gala Dinner, engaging both current and prospective donors from high-net-worth and corporate communities through a regular, social, and uplifting fundraising occasion.

Who we are

While a legally separate organisation, the RCH Foundation works closely with the RCH in achieving its vision.

The Role

The Special Events Coordinator reports to the Manager, Corporate Partnerships and works closely with the wider fundraising and cross‑departmental teams to achieve ambitious sponsorship and fundraising targets while strengthening the RCH Foundation's brand. • You have excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • You have advanced computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite and are proficient in project-management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • You are available to work evenings and weekends during peak event periods.
  • You are confident in your work, but know when and how to consult others to keep work moving, to achieve the best results and to avoid risk
  • You have a commitment to personal development

Key Selection Criteria
