Stocks on Location is a privately owned Australian premium investor access platform
connecting companies with sophisticated investors through exclusive events held at
iconic destinations across Australia and globally. Our curated investor events bring
together ASX-listed CEOs, Chairs, boards, and executive teams with investors,
advisors, family offices, and private equity decision-makers.
We're looking for a professional, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on
a
6-month contract
to oversee the next three SOL events and assist in planning for
the year ahead.
The Event Co-ordinator / Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and
follow-up of SOL's high-value investor events. This includes managing logistics,
marketing collateral, sponsor/CEO engagement, and ensuring a seamless event-day
experience. The ideal candidate has financial services industry experience,
outstanding organisational skills, and the ability to operate with a high degree of
professionalism and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Delivery
Coordinate pre-event planning, run sheets, venue logistics, and on-the-ground
execution.
Oversee event materials, including brochures, name tags, signage, banners,
and presentation decks.
Manage production timelines with designers, printers, and vendors.
Ensure all presentations are collected, formatted, and ready prior to each
event.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with ASX CEOs, sponsors, and investor attendees.
Manage invitations, ticketing, and confirmations.
Ensure high-touch communication with presenters, sponsors, and VIP
attendees.
Marketing & Communications
Oversee creation of event brochures, sponsor materials, and social media
posts.
Secure approvals on marketing collateral before distribution.
Manage Google Drive repository of event resources for internal and external
access.
Post-Event Follow-Up
Ensure social media highlights and presenter images are shared.
Coordinate thank-you notes, testimonials, and expressions of interest for
future events.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous event improvement.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven project management or event management experience, ideally in
financial services or corporate events.
Strong stakeholder management with C-level executives, sponsors, and
investors.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving
parts and deadlines.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work flexibly – part remote, part onsite, depending on event needs.
High level of professionalism, with experience in confidential and sensitive
environments.
