MoleSpot Skin Cancer Clinic – Ringwood East

MoleSpot is a respected and established skin health clinic in Ringwood East, known for providing expert care in skin cancer detection and treatment. We are currently looking for a reliable, and enthusiastic Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our small and supportive team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a professional clinical environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. You'll also help keep our clinic running smoothly by assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and managing all front desk duties
  • Handling phone and email inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate client records
  • Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and unpacking stock orders
  • Processing patient billing and payments, including EFTPOS, Medicare claims, and daily reconciliations
  • Handling cash and money management accurately and responsibly
  • Demonstrating strong computer skills,including confident use of practice management software, electronic medical records (EMR), Microsoft Office, email systems, and online booking platforms
  • Ensuring the reception and all common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including cleaning as required
  • Representing MoleSpot with warmth, professionalism, and calmness, even during busy timesReliability, punctuality, and a composed approach under pressure are essential to this role.
