Part-Time medical receptionist for an established solo GP practice in Brunswick East Victoria. The position is for Tuesday and Thursday 9.15am- 1.00pm and 2.30pm-5.00pm and Saturday morning 9.15am - 1.00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting Patients
  • Answering phones and using Hicaps terminal
  • Filing, updating patients' files and other administrative tasks
  • Computer literacy, accessing government websites, ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organising specialist appointments for patients

Skills:

  • No specific qualifications required
  • Friendly, caring, professional approach essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Previous medical reception work an advantage
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Arabic language is an advantage but not essential

We would prefer to start paid training during the last week of October

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.35 – $45.29 per hour
