We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Office Administrator to join the business in Jan 2026 to be the central support hub for our business operations. This role suits someone who takes pride in doing things well, enjoys variety with a 'can-do' attitude and wants to be a valued part of a long-standing, reputable company.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll work closely with our management and operations team to keep everything running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable & accounts receivable.
  • Sales support including handling new enquiries and preparing documents for client appointments.
  • Monitoring project budgets and job cost tracking.
  • Providing warm and professional client and supplier communication.
  • General office administration, organisation and reception.

Who We're Looking for:

You'll be someone who:

  • Has 3-5 years of experience in an accounts or administration role (construction industry experience ideal, but not essential).
  • Enjoys working in a structured environment where procedures make life easier.
  • Has strong attention to detail and prides themselves on accuracy.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with clients, suppliers and the team. A great phone manner is crucial.
  • Likes being the "go-to" person who keeps the business running smoothly.
  • Experience with accounting software. MYOB preferred, but not essential.
  • Has a current Drivers Licence and can use personal vehicle for work purposes on a monthly or less frequent basis.
