Your New Role

This is a part-time position, 4 days per week.

Mondays and Tuesday are required, remaining two days can be agreed.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first class support for PeopleSense clients and customers
  • Be the first point of contact for clients at reception
  • Process transactions and issue receipts
  • Private client invoicing
  • Control of petty cash and purchasing of office perishables
  • Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls
  • Book appointments for clients and psychologists
  • General administration as required
  • Attending Reception desk if needed

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Empathy and respect for others
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Capable of working with technological systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and highly resilient is essential
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail and initiative
  • Background in mental health is highly preferred but not essential (students are welcome to apply, however this is a permanent position)
