About the Role:
Magnetite Adelaide is looking for an adaptable, well rounded and organised Administrator to become part of our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail orientated Administrator who takes pride in their work. You are the backbone of the office reporting to the Company Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and assisting with queries
- Demonstrate products and solutions during showroom visits
- Data entry into our Lead Management System
- Organise quote and installation schedules
- Use MYOB to track accounts receivable / payable and assist with payroll
- Undertake any additional administrative duties, such as paperwork, filing, managing the office and workshop stock orders
- Taking pride in your work environment, you assist with keeping the office and showroom tidy.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 3 years General Reception and Administrative experience.
- You are competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar, and Outlook Emails.
- You have experience with MYOB or similar bookkeeping system.
- You take initiative, have excellent communication skills
- You are able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- You take pride in your workplace, keeping it tidy and well organised.
- You have an interest in the product and want to learn how our solutions can assist our customers.
- Full Time / Permanent Part time position available.
