The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of the full-function Accounts Payable process, while also providing support to the payroll function. This role will see you working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all AP duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end AP processing – from invoice receipt through to supplier payment
  • Very high-volume processing of invoices
  • Distributing invoices for approval and monitoring the AP inbox
  • Supplier/vendor reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
  • Handling AP enquiries from internal and external parties
  • Preparing and processing employee expense reimbursements
  • Supporting payroll and assisting with reporting as required
  • Ad hoc finance duties as directed

About You:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment
  • Pronto experience - essential
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, specifically Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, graphs etc)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of internal and external people
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy finance environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
