About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Financial Controller and another Accounts Payable Officer to ensure invoices, payments, and reporting are completed accurately and on time across the Wyloo group of companies. You'll also support the Financial Controller with treasury activities and have the chance to grow your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment.

You'll Play a Key Role In Our Success By

  • Assisting with managing Wyloo's ERP, SAP, including raising and reviewing purchase orders and receipting goods/services.
  • Processing invoices and ensuring documents comply with internal controls and GST requirements.
  • Review SAP reporting and ensure that purchase orders, requisitions, service entry sheets and receipts are created, processed and paid in a timely manner.
  • Process ad-hoc and scheduled payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain supplier details in SAP, including managing the completion of new supplier forms with the Commercial Manager.
  • Reconciling AP-related GL reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and compile credit card statements and expense claims for processing in SAP.
  • Managing the centralised AP inbox.
  • Liaising with suppliers and Wyloo employees to resolve queries.
  • Managing banking activities as required.

About You
You'll be a great fit for our team if you:

  • Have at least 3 years' experience in an AP function, experience across jurisdictions in global companies will be considered highly desirable.
  • Have experience with SAP ERP.
  • Are solutions-focused, self-motivated, and take accountability for your work, with a hands-on, practical approach and a willingness to roll up your sleeves especially important in a small, collaborative team
