We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's finance team as an Accounts Payable (Entry Level). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

About the Company:

Our client comprises the manufacturing, distribution and export of advanced-technology air conditioners, heating appliances and associated componentry. Recent growth has created opportunities for workers to join their business.

Location: Canning Vale

Roster: Monday to Friday from 7am

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and payments accurately and on time
  • Assist with data entry and account reconciliations
  • Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive relationships
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Clean Police Clearance
  • Able to pass Drug and Alcohol test
