Reporting to the Group Accountant, we are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our East Coast Vendor Paid Advertising (VPA) Reconciliation team of four people. This team works primarily in an accounts payable function, responsible for overseeing the residential property selling costs. Our company have recently implemented a new process within the VPA space adding responsibility to this team. The successful candidate will need to learn the VPA process quickly, take ownership and drive the continued implementation and compliance within our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform individual property reconciliations for property selling costs.
  • Prepare East Coast VPA cost reports and analysis.
  • Liaising with Sales Agents.
  • Liaising with other internal departments and vendors.
  • Use of multiple systems including Sage, Agentbox, Realhub & Multiarray.
  • Process Implementation/Improvement
  • Ad Hoc Project work.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years accounting/AP experience.
  • Outstanding quality of work, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level communication skills (verbal and written) including liaising and consulting with internal and external customers.
  • Strong computer literacy, fluent with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with above noted programs viewed favourably.
  • Previous experience in similar position/industry will be viewed favourably.
