Audi Centre Perth is seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional customer service.

This pivotal role supports client retention and customer care, requiring someone who has previous experience within the automotive industry and is committed to outstanding service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, customer focused service with professionalism and care
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers with specific goals and follow-up actions
  • Assist in maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction
  • Support the Service Team with administrative and communication tasks

Skills & Attributes:

  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Motivated and comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Competent with computers; experience with CRM systems and MS Office

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within the automotive industry would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems such as ERA Power or Pentana and Dealersocket would be favourable
  • A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
