Future Wealth Planners is a privately owned and well-established boutique financial planning firm who now has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer to join them. Established over 20 years ago with an excellent reputation for strong back-office support and a high-performance advice culture, the company has invested heavily in its advice and ongoing service infrastructure to ensure that the consistency and reliability of the client experience is always of a very high standard. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a strong and dynamic business environment where client relationships are paramount.

Your new role

This diverse role requires a flexible and professional candidate with the ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis ensuring service to clients is consistently of a high standard.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

· Maintaining valued relationships with clients and assisting with their general queries

· Managing appointments diary

· Preparing client files with paperwork for appointments

· Liaising with external service providers on behalf of clients or advisers

· Implementing advice strategies

· Adhering to internal and external compliance

· Utilising our Financial planning software effectively for workflows, documents, compliance, file notes, etc

· Ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

· Experience with Microsoft Office applications

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Ability to multitask various administration tasks and work to deadlines

· High accuracy with attention to detail

· A positive, proactive and self-motivated work attitude

· Willingness to learn new skills and software

· Effective Communication Skills with both team members and clients

· Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client services or administrative roles

Experience within a Financial Planning Environment and in using financial planning software is required.
