The RoleThe Associate Director, ICT Portfolio Office heads the Portfolio Office team within the ICT Branch.

The team has multiple focus areas including client engagement, continual improvement and monitoring of policy, process and procedures, and leading a project management office to set project management standards, resource management and risk management to align with ICT and organisational strategy. The team supports organisational areas for clear policy, process and management services to support evidence-based decision making in support of the sector objectives.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in project and sector program management, ICT policy and process management, risk management, ICT service delivery management, enterprise architecture and communication skills with a focus agency operational management.
