About the Opportunity
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and client-focused Scheduling Officer to join our Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) team. In this role, you'll coordinate and schedule apprenticeship sign-up appointments, ensuring every client receives a professional and seamless experience.
If you have an excellent eye for detail and have a natural ability to build rapport with clients, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound client calls and respond to general enquiries
- Schedule apprenticeship sign-up meetings based on consultant availability
- Manage diary changes and appointment rescheduling efficiently
- Maintain accurate data entry and update internal databases
- Provide clear advice to clients on the Apprenticeship Sign-Up process
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up as needed
- Perform general administrative duties as required
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Confidence working to KPIs
- A current National Police Clearance

Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) is a business unit of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA) and was formed in 1998 to deliver the Apprentice Connect Australia Provider services under a contract from the Commonwealth Government. ASA's services are focused on lifting apprenticeship commencement and completion rates through the provision of support at every stage of the training cycle.
