About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing modular builder that's redefining how people experience the home building journey. With build times as little as 12 weeks, this is a client-facing leadership role that plays a pivotal part in the effective delivery of high-quality modular homes while guiding clients through every stage of the process.

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Client Experience Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the client journey from post-sale to handover.
  • Prepare and finalise building contracts, variations, and associated documentation.
  • Conduct prestart meetings, interpreting plans and guiding clients through selections.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely job progression.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and maintain proactive communication throughout the build process.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and the client experience.

About You

You're a people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You combine administrative precision with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. To be successful, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in the residential or modular construction industry.
  • Understanding of Building Contracts and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Confidence in reading and interpreting building documentation and specifications.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and customer-first mindset.
