The Venue
2025 is set to be one of Merivale's most exciting years yet, with several new venues opening across Sydney's CBD. We're on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team at these vibrant new locations.
Opening soon, The Press is a late-night music bar high above Bridge Lane—designed for elevated, social evenings with live house bands and beautifully crafted drinks in an unforgettable setting.

The Role
We're on the lookout for a few talented Chefs to join our team in a casual capacity. You'll be serving up premium snacks that complement our premium beverage offering. If you're passionate about great food and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to talk to you.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following experience and attributes:
- 2+ years of similar experience in a commercial kitchen
- Ability to work late at night until 2:00 am.
- Have experience managing and owning your section.
- Be adaptable, organized, and have a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills, attitude, and being a team player.
