About the role

We are currently seeking passionate Casual Chefs and Cooks to join our dynamic catering team at Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant in The Rocks, NSW. As a casual member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our exacting standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
  • Assisting with menu development and food presentation
  • Collaborating with the wider catering team to deliver seamless service
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar hospitality or catering environment
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to exceptional customer service
