Atticus Hospitality is a bold, ambitious and energetic growing hospitality group, currently with three venues across Sydney.
We are seeking Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Demi Chefs for two of our restaurants:
Candidates must have 3-4 years of professional kitchen experience.
Successful applicants will be expected to commence immediately.
Esteban, one hatted Mexican restaurant in Sydney CBD.
Elliott's, soon to be opened European style restaurant in Balmain.

ABOUT ESTEBAN
Esteban Restaurant is a one Hatted modern Mexican restaurant located in a renovated heritage printing press site in Sydney's CBD. We have one of the largest Tequila and Mezcal selections in Australia and cook over charcoal on our custom made Parrilla.
The heart and soul of Esteban is fire. Our open kitchen focuses on charcoal cooking and Modern Mexican inspired cuisine. We pride ourselves in having close engagement with our customers and providing a quality food experience showcasing great Australian produce.
Basic charcoal cooking experience is required for Esteban positions.
ABOUT ELIOTT'S
Casa Esquina is the newest venue of our group, which opens in August 2025 Elliott's is an European influenced, 200 seater restaurant on a corner block in leafy Balmain. With live music, great food menu fronted by John Frid, Elliott's is the venue to grow your hospitality career.
