The Goodies is a growing hospitality group founded by Nathan & Sali Sasi and Morgan McGlone, known for thoughtful food, generous, warm service, and neighbourhood-driven hospitality. Vin-Cenzo's is one of four venues under The Goodies umbrella and looking for a Sous Chef to help successfully run the kitchen.

We're searching for a dynamic person to help support the Head Chef lead the kitchen in this busy newly opened venue. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, working with top-quality produce. You'll be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen runs like clockwork, delivering beautifully consistent dishes, minimising waste, and maintaining a great pace of service.

What We're Looking For:


At least two years' experience in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.

A passion for European/ Italian flavours and cooking.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality food.

Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Great interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
