Customer Service (Front End) Manager – Spanos IGA Stanthorpe

About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our friendly team at Spanos IGA Stanthorpe. In this pivotal role, you'll take pride in developing a strong team culture and delivering outstanding service to our local community.

You'll enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, including customer service, stock ordering and replenishment, rostering, team training and development, and supporting overall store operations. This position is available immediately or as soon as possible for the right candidate.

Each of our stores features an extensive selection of fresh produce and grocery items to meet a wide range of dietary needs and tastes.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar customer service or retail management role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism.
  • The ability to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to ensure every customer feels valued — where "every local is loved."
  • Support and coach team members to deliver exceptional service across all areas of the department.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to grow and improve the department.
  • Review customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand and respond to their needs.
