
Customer Service Administrator

BX Bunka Australia, specifically Dynamic Door Service, is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of customer service administrator for a 6 month period. Working out of our Clontarf office, the successful incumbent will need to possess the following.
Requirements:
- High level of Customer Service skills
- High level of Data Entry Accuracy
- Excellent presentation and telephone manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Proven ability to work without supervision, with a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills and effective management of changing workloads.
- Capability to work in a high paced busy environment.
- Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Full training is provided.
Duties:
- Receive and direct telephone calls and relay conversation and pertinent messages to others while maintaining accuracy, clarity and confidentiality.
- Creating daily appointment schedules where necessary including quoting parts & accessories and invoicing after services has been completed.
- Liaising with builders & homeowners with service enquires
- Contacting customers for payment including follow up payments.
- Ensure that all Data entry is done with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure the proper filing of documents.
- Where requested by management, participate in meetings, and take down relevant notes during the process.
- Be aware and adhere closely to the rules and regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation and familiarise yourself with internal Computer systems.
