About the Role

This is not a traditional "sit at the front desk" role.

As our Receptionist / Customer Service & Administration Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of the business — the Director of First Impressions — while also rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on admin and operational support.

From helping clients on the phone to assisting with bookings, events, and site activities, no two days will be the same. If you love variety, talking to people, and being organised, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Be the voice of the business: answer calls, help customers, and direct enquiries.
  • Support bookings, customer notifications, and general communications.
  • Assist with admin tasks — calendars, supplies, database updates, signage.
  • Provide support across sites and events — urgent callouts, inspections, projects.
  • Contribute to team culture and make every customer interaction memorable.

What We're Looking For
  • Customer service experience is essential — hospitality, call centres, or similar.
  • Administration skills helpful but not essential — attitude, organisation, and curiosity are what count.
  • Confident communicator with a genuine, professional phone manner.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where variety is the norm.
  • Driver's licence and transport required.
