About the role

Redlands Pool Service is seeking a full-time Service Installation Technician to join our growing team in Victoria Point, QLD. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the delivery and installation of pool equipment and systems to our valued customers across the local area. Utilising your strong technical expertise, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful launch and ongoing operation of our clients' pool installations.

What you'll be doing

  • Efficiently delivering and installing a range of pool equipment, pumps, filters, and other related hardware
  • Conducting thorough testing and commissioning of installed systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the installation process
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all work completed
  • Assisting the wider team with ongoing pool maintenance and servicing tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a pool or general technician, with a strong understanding of pool equipment and systems
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport to access customer sites
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in pool, plumbing or electrical fields would be highly regarded
