people2people are currently looking for a customer-focused professional to join an inbound customer service team for a period of 3.5 months.. This role runs Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm, and offers the convenience of CBD location with free parking.

About the role

Duties will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls (approx. 30 per day)
  • Responding to enquiries and complaints via email
  • Handling general administration and problem-solving tasks
  • Using Microsoft Office to manage correspondence and records
  • Representing the team with professionalism and a friendly manner
