Bricon Industries is a family owned supplier of construction fasteners throughout South East Queensland for 10 years.
A position is currently available for a full time Customer Service/Counter Sales/Data Entry person based at our Slacks Creek branch. This role is Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (no weekend work).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Counter Sales
- Data Entry
- General tidying and maintenance when required
- Following company directives and policies
- Answering phone calls
- Taking phone sales
- Processing over the counter cash and EFT sales
- Team player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectives

- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good computer skills
- A professional and friendly attitude
- Knowledge of fasteners and building products is desirable but not essential
