We offer an extensive event program that introduces unique formats and challenges conventional thinking to create impactful investment industry events. Our events are supported by The Inside Network's suite of trade publications, including The Golden Times, The Inside Adviser, and Investor Strategy News.

Role Description

We have two roles availiable, one at Account Co-ordinator and another at Account Manager level, These are full-time on-site roles for an Event Coordinator/Manager located in Melbourne, VIC. The Event Coordinator/Managers will be responsible for planning and executing events, ensuring high-quality customer service, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The role also involves identifying locations and venues, event concept planning, managing event logistics, handling communication with clients, The roles will requite interstate and international travel.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Event Planning and Event Management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to or willingness to learn to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Graduate are free to apply for the Account Coordinator Role, 3-5 years experience needed for the account manager role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
