One of our amazing coordinators is having a child While we are all celebrating the good news, it also means we need to find someone equally amazing to hold down the fort for a year.

You are:

You love organizing. No, you're great at organizing. Having six weddings at various stages of readiness with emails, calls, meetings, drop offs… that's a fun day for you. Theres an organised chaos to coordinating events. And you're here for it.

A look into your day-to-day:

If you've worked in the industry the flow will be familiar. You'll spend the beginning of the week responding to emails, organizing meetings with clients, calling suppliers, drop-offs, celebrating a few marriages, possibly some tears. And repeat it all again next week.

But here's where we do things a little differently. We believe in focusing on what we each love to do and doing it well. There are no sales. No working until 11:00pm on the day. We want you to love making love happen. Building rapport, taking the journey with couples… it's what you do best, and we're here to help you do even more of it.

Who are we looking for?

  • You love lists and organisation. Seriously. You love seeing a chaotic bunch of tasks and taming them into something coherent
  • Preferably one years' experience within the events industry with at least one year coordinating events
  • Listening and investigative skills; you can take a barely coherent idea from a client and help them turn it into something that works
  • Amazing attention to detail, especially with written and verbal communications
