We run three streams of events - Investments, Practice Management, and Community. Designed to educate, inspire, and connect advisers with ideas that move the profession forward.
About the role:
The Event coordinator will execute and deliver The Inside Network's events under the direction of the Account Director – Events and management team, ensuring each supports strategic goals and makes a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Execute The Inside Network's extensive event program, splitting responsibility with other event managers.
- Manage onsite event logistics.
- Support account directors to manage the delivery and execution of all sponsorship inclusions for events.
- Undertake ad hoc project-based work to improve event process or services.
- Manage weekly internal event and content WIPS with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with delegate communications and logistics.
- Prepare key event materials such as run sheets, speaker briefs, agendas, and delegate instructions.
- Direct setup on event days, coordinate suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery.
Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, speakers, and partners.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are clear and deliverables are met.
- Oversee deadlines for suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Communications & Branding
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure all event communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage stakeholder messaging, including speaker coordination and event agenda distribution.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stage events an advantage.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to adapt under pressure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, , Cvent, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
