Green Life Window and Door Systems is an industry-leading manufacturing company specializing in customized windows and doors. With a strong reputation for premium products and outstanding service, we deliver tailored solutions for both residential and commercial projects. Based in Noble Park, VIC, we are now seeking a Sales Estimator to support our growing pipeline of projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate quotations for windows and doors

· Review architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules to prepare detailed estimates

· Work closely with sales consultants, project managers, and the factory to ensure feasibility and cost accuracy

· Prepare and issue proposals, tender submissions, and pricing documents

· Liaise with clients, architects, and builders to clarify requirements and specifications

· Update and maintain pricing databases and estimation tools

· Support the sales team in negotiations and contract finalisation

Key Competencies:

· Previous experience as an estimator, preferably in windows, doors, façade, or construction industry

· Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications

· Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with both clients and internal teams

· Bilingual in English and Mandarin (highly regarded)

· Proficiency with MS Excel, estimation software, or ERP systems an advantage

· Valid driver's licence
