About the Role
- Identify and engage new clients in commercial and residential construction through cold calling, site visits, research, and networking
- Ask open-ended questions to uncover client needs, pain points, project timelines, product preferences, and installation constraints
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with builders and trade clients, offering tailored solutions that meet project requirements
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-up and conversion from first contact to order
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals that align with client goals and profitability targets
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and confidently position RSC's unique value offerings

- You're energised by being out on the road, meeting people face-to-face, and turning those interactions into long-term, trusted relationships.
