The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for the strategy, implementation, and engagement of our clients' paid digital marketing services. You will build strong relationships with a small portfolio of small to medium-sized business owners & assist them in accelerating the growth of their eCommerce business.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working directly with small to medium-sized eCommerce business owners to develop strong working relationships in order to help them achieve their business goals.

  • You will be in charge of developing, strategising, and implementing digital marketing initiatives, with a focus on paid advertising. This involves overseeing the implementation, optimisation, and management of paid media campaigns across META, Google, and TikTok.

  • Analyse and report on campaign performance across paid media and email platforms, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continually enhance their marketing strategies.

  • Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends & identifying key opportunities for our clients

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in paid media, across platforms such as Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing

  • High aptitude for creative thinking & problem-solving

  • You're a self-starter & have the ability to work autonomously

  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

  • Strong interpersonal & time management skills

  • Ability & desire to build strong relationships with our clients

  • Experience with Shopify is highly advantageous, but not necessary

  • Above all, you're a team player & hungry to grow
