**_About the VALD Marketing Team_**

VALD's Marketing team is a group of skilled professionals in various fields.

The team includes designers, videographers, editors and marketing specialists, but also experienced industry professionals such as physiotherapists, strength & conditioning coaches and sports scientists. We leverage their experience to create content that is relevant and engaging for our clients and potential clients, with the goal of making technology more accessible and impactful in their day-to-day practice.

We work intimately with the broader VALD business - Product Strategy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial and Finance - helping to shape the client experience and the overall public perception of VALD.

Our goal is not simply to hit our numbers but to elevate VALD's reputation as an innovator and thought leader in the health and performance industries.

**About the Role**

This is a permanent, full-time position based at VALD's global headquarters in Newstead, Queensland.

**_What You Will Do_**

You will serve as a central point of contact for VALD's departments, providing support, updates on project progress and addressing their marketing needs effectively.

Working as part of our passionate marketing team, you will:

- Manage and coordinate projects across creative, research, design, social and digital.
- Manage initiatives to enhance VALD's client experience, including hand-in-hand with VALD's Learning & Development and Client Services Team
- Manage regional partner content creators, monitor their performance, provide feedback and guidance and administer their formal engagements.
- Maintain currency of the Marketing Team WIP.
- Assist cross-functional project teams and stakeholder groups as required to ensure opportunities and initiatives are prioritized and effectively promoted.
- Assist with coordination of events and conferences, including managing updating assets, printing, merchandising, content and logistics to meet critical deadlines.
- You will be the critical point of contact for other VALD departments who seek marketing support, updates on the progress of marketing projects and discussing requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Service our teams across the globe, spanning multiple time zones.

**Is This You?**

You are passionate about the digital world, social media and ideally, the health and sports performance markets. The following attributes and qualifications will drive technical success:

- 3-5 years previous experience in B2B/Product Marketing or a marketing-adjacent fast-paced role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- You are highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- You are a self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and used to working to deadlines.
- Experience in managing end to end marketing campaigns.
- Able to critically analyze information and share feedback effectively to a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Open and eager to receive feedback, and keen to actively work to improve as a professional and team member.
- A people-person and a confident communicator, both written and verbally
