Mater Foundation are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team This maximum-term (until 30 July 2025), full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus.

**Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and **access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900** + **access to many staff benefits

**What you’ll be doing**

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for leading on a number of projects and embedding continuous improvement initiatives within the marketing space for Mater Foundation. Additionally, this position will focus on supporting and coaching a team of three Marketing Specialists to provide best in class marketing support to our key stakeholder group, Corporate & Community Engagement, to maximise marketing and fundraising campaign outcomes.

**About you**

You will have a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar.
- Five years (minimum) experience in a similar senior/management role with exposure to complex group environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Knowledge of contemporary marketing principles and evolving trends.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in implementing brand and digital asset management processes and/or technologies
- A strong focus on building and embedding marketing processes
- Proven expertise in utilisation of campaign data and analysis to support marketing recommendations
- Understanding and experience of effective through the line marketing campaign principles, planning and execution.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering successful integrated marketing and communication campaigns, growing brand awareness and achieving revenue/business targets.
