Expectation

  • Sydney-based, hybrid role.
  • 80% new business development, 20% account growth across multiple industries.
  • Own the full sales cycle: pipeline generation, consultative solution selling, and closing with typical 9-month cycles.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level, fleet managers, stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve significant revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants and post-sales teams to ensure strong client outcomes.

About You

  • 5–8 years' experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, fleet technology, EH&S, or compliance-driven solutions.
  • Proven hunter mentality — identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Skilled at value-based sales with non-technical stakeholders (fleet, OH&S, operations).
  • Comfortable navigating long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Energetic, driven, and resilient.

Compensation

  • $120K–$150K base salary (flexible for the right candidate) + uncapped commissions.
  • Unique model: commission paid on the first month's subscription revenue.
