As our
Business Development Manager – Specialist Solutions
, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our premium partner network. You'll work closely with the Head of Specialist Solutions to drive growth, lead strategic projects, and shape the future of specialist engagement in Australia's healthcare ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
- Grow the business: Work with the sales & marketing team to develop and execute strategies that expand our specialist customer base.
- Make an impact: Build strong relationships, close deals, and contribute to team success.
- Drive innovation: Collaborate on projects to improve sales processes and enhance the client experience.
- Be the voice of the customer: Share insights and feedback with stakeholders to help shape product development.
- Own your success: Deliver & exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall goals of the New Business tea m.
What We're Looking For****
- 3+ years in a Business Development role, ideally in a SME corporate, tech or health-related environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and negotiating high-value deals.
- Strong communication, CRM, and project management skills.
- A natural salesperson who can contribute, coach and inspire team performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
