We're growing fast and seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager with existing connections in hospitality.

About the Role

This is a hunters role focused on driving new business and closing deals. You will:

  • Leverage your current networks in pubs, clubs, restaurants, or hotels
  • Prospect and secure meetings with venue owners and managers
  • Present solutions that elevate venue fitouts
  • Manage your pipeline and close opportunities
  • Work with our design and operations teams to deliver projects

  • Proven B2B sales experience (hospitality, fitout, equipment, beverages, gaming, interiors, etc.)
  • Confident prospector and closer
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and relationship driven
