The Role

We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Operations team in Glendenning, New South Wales as an Operations Administrator.

Your role will be responsible for:

General Administration

  • Coordinating the printing and sorting of sales orders (Bunnings, TSM, IBT, Matrix etc.)
  • Acting as main point of contact for all incoming communication/contact (telephone, emails for Operations site), ensuring prompt and accurate responses to queries
  • Coordinating inbound containers including managing delivery, unloading (booking casual labour resource provider) return, receipting and printing stock labels
  • Maintaining and ordering all site consumables (Loscam pallets, strap, wrap, cleaning equipment etc)
  • Managing and updating site operations shared drive
  • Completing all Bunnings credits nationally and work with CST & finance to finalise
  • Completing all RMAs nationally back into the system and communicate with all sites once stock arrives
  • Assisting the Regional Operations Manager with adhoc duties/projects as required

Transport

  • Organising all transport bookings and acting as point of contact for transport (all relevant transport carriers)
  • Accurate manifesting of previous day deliveries

Work Health & Safety

  • Ensuring Sentrient training is completed as required
  • Ensuring all pre-start checks on operational equipment are performed and report and any issues rectification
  • Complying with the WH&S policies and procedures of the company and any other legislation
  • Complying in reporting all hazards, injuries and/or incidents
  • Accountability of identifying and reporting hazards in a timely manner through the Take 5 process

The hours of work will be:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
