Each month, we support over 339,000 people across NSW and ACT through our network of 1,000+ charities and schools. We're seeking a Support Services Officer to help us deliver this vital work by providing exceptional administrative and customer service support.


About the Role

As a Support Services Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our School and Community Partners. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations at our site supporting order processing, managing enquiries, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer service enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Assist with EFTPOS payments and invoice finalisation
  • Support the front desk and warehouse operations
  • Troubleshoot transport and despatch issues
  • Process credits, membership renewals, and special sales items
  • Print and assign orders to the team
  • Ensure WHS procedures are followed for all visitors
  • General administrative duties and data entry

  • High level of computer accuracy and competency (Excel, Word, Pronto or willingness to learn)
