To support ongoing growth and strategic expansion, our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Manager to join their team in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage corporate services functions, including administration, procurement, human resources, and facility operations across multiple sites.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets for labour, consumables, and capital equipment in alignment with business targets.
- Provide strategic advice and operational planning recommendations to senior management to optimise service delivery and contract performance.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Safety), and all WH&S legislative requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes using the company’s HR and compliance systems.
- Design and deliver staff training programs to promote consistency, operational efficiency, and policy adherence.
- Supervise administrative teams responsible for quoting, client onboarding, rostering, scheduling, and customer support.
- Prepare operational and financial reports, including variance analyses, to support monthly and annual planning and audit processes.
- Oversee the development, review, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with legal, ISO, and industry standards.
- Liaise with government agencies, local councils, and other stakeholders to negotiate service contracts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Represent the company at industry forums and events, advocating sustainability initiatives and best practice service standards.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate or operations management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel across Sydney and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glendenning, NSW 2761: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
