Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to deliver exceptional customer service as a liaison for the coordination of service works for Genie Queensland field and workshop service department.

RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate daily service works for field and workshop- Scheduling and reporting for field service, workshop repairs and major inspection workflows- Liaising with customers and suppliers on behalf of the service department- Creation and management of service department job cards and purchase orders- Assist with parts and service-related transactions- Meet objectives and KPI’s- Responsible for providing superior customer service, building and developing relationships with our customers- Other office and branch duties as required

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- 3-5 years’ experience in a coordination and/or customer-oriented administration role (rental or AWP industry desirable but not essential)- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills- Excellent interpersonal skills- Effective time management with attention to detail- Experience working with Sage Evolution (desirable but not essential)
