About the Role

As our Accounts Administrator, you'll be the steady hand behind the numbers — ensuring our financial operations are precise, transparent, and delivered with care.

You'll support both our residential and commercial property teams, managing day-to-day accounts, trust reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting. Your role is critical in maintaining the financial integrity that underpins our client relationships and company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Administration

  • Manage daily trust account receipts, payments, and reconciliations for residential and commercial properties.
  • Process rent payments, invoices, outgoings, and bond transactions accurately and on time.
  • Prepare owner and tenant statements, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Assist with month-end reporting, BAS preparation, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor arrears and follow up promptly and professionally.

Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with property managers to ensure seamless communication between finance and operations.
  • Support the onboarding of new landlords, tenants, and suppliers within accounting systems.
  • Assist with audits, documentation, and end-of-year financial reconciliations.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle all financial data with care and integrity.

  • Experience in property or trust accounting (commercial and/or residential).
  • Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g. Cirrus8, PropertyMe, Re-Leased, or similar).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a calm, professional approach to challenges.
